EURIX has been selected to participate in the SAILING project. This initiative, promoted by Fondirigenti and organised by Torino Wireless, involves top managers and executives from 28 companies from both the service and manufacturing sectors.
The target is to identify a Digital Transformation model to be implemented in companies to ensure their development and resilience.
This project consists of a comparison and shared definition of processes, organizational methods and technological solutions capable of supporting companies in the recovery phases of growth, to make them more resilient in the face of sudden and disruptive changes.
SAILING, so called because it aims to enable companies to sail on the waters of the crisis to reach new goals and take on new challenges, started in the wake of the social and economic crisis that resulted from the pandemic.
During the project, some fundamental aspects related to Digital Transformation are addressed: organization of remote work, use of digital tools in production processes and the need for new organizational skills.
